For this special tasting, Caroline has paired a refreshing rosé with slow-smoked barbecue pork prepared by her husband, Steve. While rosé and barbecue may seem like an unlikely match, the wine’s bright acidity and fruit-forward character beautifully complement the smoky, savory flavors of the pork.
